About us
We're one of the UK's fastest-growing talent, marketing and production agencies. We've pioneered a new-age approach to representing content creators — one that's proven the old industry-standard methods to be significantly less effective.
MUSE has established divisions across creative direction & production and social media management, representing a worldwide roster of content creators and models with a combined following of over 40 million people. Our exclusive talent roster and unique marketing capabilities set us apart.
We're looking for a Talent Manager to join our Manchester-based team. You'll manage a roster of content creators — securing and running their brand partnerships across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, hitting revenue targets, and being the person they can always rely on. If you love social media and connecting with people, this could be the job for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing content creators' partnerships across social platforms — Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Fulfilling revenue targets for each creator on your roster.
- Reaching out to potential new brand partners on behalf of your creators.
- Liaising with your creators on anything they need, and managing their emails and communications.
- Giving your creators weekly updates on the deals currently in progress.
- Reading and explaining contracts so your creators are clear on what they're signing.
- Keeping records and spreadsheets up to date weekly/monthly to track earnings.
- Keeping the website updated with your creators' following and achievements.
What you’ll need:
- Experience within the influencer/talent industry.
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple creators and deals at once.
- Confident communicator — comfortable liaising with both creators and brands.
- Genuine interest in social media and the creator economy.
Other bits you'll want to know:
- Flexible working hours
- Casual dress code
- On-site parking
- Base salary from £28,000
