MUSE is seeking a Head of Talent to join our Manchester-based team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of Influencer Talent Managers
  • Reviewing talent rosters and identifying opportunities for new signings
  • Scouting and signing target influencers
  • Training new Influencer Talent Managers and providing guidance along the way
  • 3, 6 and 12 monthly reviews / monthly earnings and target reviews
  • Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance, sick leave and holidays
  • Cover Talent Managers duties whilst on annual leave
  • Helping establish and maintain office procedures
  • Maintaining / updating talent / brand databases
  • Assisting with planning staff / company events
  • Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
  • Assisting with any ad-hoc duties within the business

What you’ll need:

  • At least 2 years experience within the influencer industry
  • Experience managing a large teamTo be personable and approachable
  • To be highly organised
