Your mandate is to modernize legacy platforms, ensure enterprise-grade reliability and compliance, and build a scalable integration and automation backbone that supports growth and acquisitions.
What is in it for you? A senior leadership role with full ownership of the enterprise technology backbone of a global, digital-first organization. Direct impact on financial integrity, operational scalability, security posture, and automation-driven efficiency. The opportunity to modernize mission-critical systems and build a unified, cloud-ready, integration-first enterprise platform. A culture that values operational excellence, reliability, and disciplined transformation at scale.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute the enterprise IT and infrastructure strategy aligned with operational scale, financial integrity, and security.
- Own all systems of record including ERP, finance, royalty, billing, supply chain, warehouse, content, and master data platforms.
- Own enterprise infrastructure including cloud, servers, networks, identity and access, endpoint management, disaster recovery, and SRE practices.
- Establish enterprise security, compliance, and audit-ready controls across identity, data, and financial systems.
- Own the enterprise integration and marketplace layer including middleware, EDI, API gateways, and partner connectivity.
- Drive automation of operational workflows across Finance, Supply Chain, Licensing, Editorial, and Commercial Operations, reducing manual work and error rates.
- Lead modernization of legacy environments through phased, low-risk migration to scalable, cloud-based and service-oriented architectures.
- Build and operate a high-reliability IT service model covering uptime, incident response, SLAs, and cost transparency.
- Own internal IT and employee technology experience including onboarding, device lifecycle, service desk, and collaboration tools.
- Lead IT integration for acquisitions, including security baseline, identity unification, data migration, application integration, and decommissioning of legacy systems.
- Partner closely with the COO, CFO, CTO, and business leaders to ensure enterprise systems and product platforms integrate seamlessly and scale together.
Required experience:
- Proven experience as Head of IT, CIO, VP Infrastructure, or equivalent senior enterprise technology leader in complex, global environments.
- Strong background in ERP, finance, royalty, supply-chain, and warehouse systems, including large-scale modernization programs.
- Deep expertise in cloud and on-prem infrastructure, SRE, disaster recovery, and cost management.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, security operations, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Hands-on experience building and operating integration layers using EDI, API gateways, middleware, and partner connectivity.
- Proven ability to drive automation and operational efficiency across finance and operations using workflow platforms and RPA.
- Track record of leading multi-year transformation programs and post-merger IT integration.
- Experience managing globally distributed IT and infrastructure teams and strategic vendor ecosystems.
- Strong executive communication and ability to translate business priorities into enterprise technology roadmaps.
- The role must operate as a global leader with overlap with the US team and alignment with US time zones.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in media, content, publishing, or digital commerce environments.
- Familiarity with complex royalty, rights, or usage-based billing systems.
