The People and Culture Officer is an exciting role, responsible for providing specialist and proactive support to other departments within the charity to ensure organisational compliance in all relevant areas relating to People. Your responsibilities will span the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to drafting contracts. As the first point of contact for People queries, you’ll be providing essential support, maintain accurate records, and champion employee well‑being initiatives.

Location: Head Office, London, SE1 (with flexibility for homeworking)
