Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, Marketing or similar field is desired
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong computer skills with programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as use of sales databases
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration Support
  • Manage phone inquiries, office supplies, equipment, and service contracts for the office
  • Coordinate building maintenance, cleaning services, and office storage
  • Handle shipping, deliveries, and documentation
  • Maintain records for light meters, company vehicles, company mobile devices, and other assets
  • Support staff travel arrangements, onboarding, and general personnel recordkeeping
  • Support the onboarding process for new staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and necessary certifications
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage the purchase order process
  • Organize staff training sessions and maintain related documentation
  • Collaborate with sales team across several regions to support quoting, lead evaluation, and customer communication
  • Maintain project records, assist with expense reports, and prepare documentation (e.g. prequalification, O&M manuals)
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales documentation processes
  • Cross-Departmental Support
  • Assist construction services team with logistics and shipments
  • Provide general support to accounting, HR, safety, and IT teams
