The Musco Europe Field Services Team is seeking a Construction Services Coordinator to join our Bolton, Lancashire office.

In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects for Musco Europe.

You will also be responsible for supporting project managers, liaising between contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What You Will Do As a Construction Services Coordinator

  • Construction Services
  • Assist project managers by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Assist in the creation of Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Manage project calendars and schedules, assisting where needed to ensure projects are completed within agreed-upon timeframes.
  • Provide input and reporting on key construction performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders (engineers, vendors, contractors, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Track project progress, identify potential delays, and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Assist project managers with communicating project status updates to appropriate Musco team members.
  • Maintain project trackers and keep accurate records of projects, including contracts, permits, inspection reports, and project schedules.
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with health and safety standards across all project activities.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and distributing risk assessment and method statements (RAMS).
  • Request and issue purchase orders as needed throughout project lifecycle.
  • Work with Musco Europe management team to improve operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Warranty
  • Provide back up to the Warranty team in evaluating incoming warranty claims and communicating to appropriate team members.
  • Assist with reporting warranty claims history as required by management and for cost reimbursement.
  • Assist as needed in the evaluation of warranty issues and work directly with stakeholders and customers to rectify.
  • Provide valuable feedback to product performance group to support big picture product and financial decisions.
  • What You Need To Be Successful
  • Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or similar field. Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • 2-5 years of previous work experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven organisational and time-management skills, ability to manage a fast-paced environment and ever-changing workload.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently to achieve results.
  • Must be computer-oriented with strong Microsoft Office skills.
