Job Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual development of our brand across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with a strong design aesthetic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating impactful visual content that communicates our message effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute design projects from concept to delivery across various platforms (web, print, social media, advertising, packaging, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, trade, and development to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all channels
- Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual campaigns and storytelling
- Present ideas and creative concepts to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Stay current with design trends, techniques, and best practices
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in‑house creative team
- UX/UI web experience required
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work
- Proficiency in Figma
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of branding, color theory, and composition
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
Advantageous if you have
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with print production and packaging design
