We’re looking for a passionate and versatile Jewelry Designer to bring exceptional artistry and client care to life in our boutique at Raffles Hotel, a sanctuary of elegance and heritage in the heart of Singapore. What You’ll Do

  • Design That Dazzles
    • Create original designs for our in-house fine jewelry collections.
    • Craft bespoke masterpieces tailored to individual clients’ stories and style.
    • Oversee the full design journey — from concept, gemstone selection, CAD, and manufacturing, to the final quality check.
  • Client Connection
    • Offer thoughtful, consultative service to clients looking for the perfect piece — or to create one.
    • Present designs and guide clients through the bespoke experience with warmth and professionalism.
  • Retail & Boutique Support
    • Assist in day-to-day operations at our retail boutique.
    • Support admin tasks to keep everything running beautifully.

What You Bring

  • A qualification in Jewelry Design or a related field.
  • Strong command of English (written & spoken).
  • Proficiency in jewelry design software and techniques — especially CAD, plus knowledge of fabrication, wax carving, and setting.
  • A solid understanding of gemstones, diamonds, and grading.
  • A keen eye for detail, an open mind, and a collaborative spirit.
