Join MOSL – A Growing International Energy Organisation Established by the Libyan National Oil Corporation

Murzuq Oil Services Limited (MOSL) is a growing UK-incorporated energy services company established by the Libyan National Oil Corporation (NOC). The NOC Group holds approximately 48 billion barrels of proven oil reserves, representing the largest oil reserves in Africa and placing it amongst the world's top ten reserve holders. Building upon this strong foundation, MOSL supports operators, energy companies, and strategic partners through the provision of technical consultancy, operational support, engineering services, project delivery, commercial advisory, and specialist workforce solutions across international energy markets.

As part of its continued growth strategy, MOSL is seeking an experienced Business Development Portfolio Manager capable of driving commercial growth across Libya, The GCC, North Africa, and wider international markets.

This is a senior appointment and significant preference will be given to candidates with demonstrable experience gained within Tier 1 oilfield service companies, National Oil Companies (NOCs), international operators, independent exploration and production (E&P) companies, or major energy and engineering consultancies.
