About the Position
Working hours: full-time / 40 hours per week
Work model (weekly): 4 days office presence during probation, possible to change to 3 days after probation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support our global consulting team in complex airspace policy and regulatory projects.
- Engage in the complex technical and regulatory aspects of nation-wide airspace modernization programs, providing expert advice on a wide variety of subjects including (but not limited to):
- Electronic Conspicuity
- Detect and Avoid
- UTM
- ATM Systems
- SWIM
- Support complex airspace change efforts to accommodate and later integrate new entrants (drones, eVTOL, and HAPS).
- Work as client side advisor to regulatory authorities on a wide variety of airspace topics, maintaining a high level of integrity and independence.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aviation, IT, or a related technical field.
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of UAS and UTM/ATM and associated standards.
- Business travels (including overnight trips) are required based on projects and training needs.
- English language at professional level; additional language skills in Spanish and/or German would be a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiar with EU regulations regarding UAS or/and UTM systems.
- Excellent time management skills, self-discipline, and communication abilities.
