Murzilli Consulting, a digital aviation consultancy business unit operating within the M&K Global AG group, was established in Switzerland in 2020. It has expanded its presence with subsidiaries in Germany, Hungary, the United Kingdom, and Spain, making it a global player in the aviation consulting industry.
Our goal is to assist clients in achieving success with their regulation and compliance strategies and implementations. We act as a digital outsourced regulatory department, helping clients establish effective internal regulatory functions. Our focus is on emerging technologies in crewed and uncrewed aviation, advanced air mobility, and U-space.

Position: Junior Project Manager
Location: London, UK
Please note: this position will require up to 5 days per week to work from our office site in London.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Assisting in the management of industry or governmental projects.
- Coordinating and tracking of project status, milestones and deliverables with all stakeholders in a defined communication structure.
- Supporting clients onsite (up to 30%) and offsite ensuring client needs are communicated and coordinated within the project.
- Contributing to stakeholder assessments and stakeholder management activities.
- Preparation, coordination, rollâout and reporting of projects.
- Supporting the internal definition and implementation of processes, procedures and best practices.
- Helping maintain our internal knowledge management database.
- Oversight of lessons learned and internal improvement activities.
- Supporting internal process compliance and quality assurance.
Experience and Qualification:
- Must have been a continuous resident of the United Kingdom for 5 or more years.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, aerospace, mobility or equivalent.
- Minimum 1â3 years of experience in project management.
- Project certification is a plus (e.g., Prince2 or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, native or full professional proficiency preferred. Proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new topics, businesses, and environments.
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
- Good understanding of efficient interface communication and management.
- Clientâfocused mindset.
- Experience managing government projects or startâup projects is a plus.
