My client is a specialist business within a multi disciplined Engineering Group. Due to their ongoing success and exciting plans for the future they have an opportunity for a talented Contracts Manager to join their team. With an existing team of highly qualified and experienced experts, they ensure that all work is approached with the utmost professionalism, technical expertise and passion to meet and exceed the expectations of their clients. Their focus is on building strong long term relationships. The company offer services to a wide range of sectors including commercial, retail and industrial clients. As the Contract Manager you will have overall responsibility for the contract, engineers, and sub-contractors and reporting. Maintaining close liaison with the client at all times. The ideal candidate will be a confident, self-motivated individual with the proven ability to effectively manage contracts ideally within the Building Services/FM sectors.
