The Role You'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating engineers and managing schedules across multiple contracts
  • Planning reactive and planned maintenance works
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and engineers
  • Raising purchase orders and managing job documentation
  • Updating systems, spreadsheets and client portals
  • Monitoring KPIs and service levels
  • Ensuring compliance records are maintained
  • Dealing with correspondence professionally
  • Supporting the operations team with day-to-day contract administration

The ideal candidate:

  • Confidently manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Remain calm when busy
  • Can effectively communicate with engineers, suppliers and clients
  • Have strong IT skills and can confidently work across multiple systems

Experience within facilities management, maintenance, construction, scheduling, planning or contract coordination would be highly beneficial but not essential.
