We’re looking for a Prep Chef to join the kitchen team at Murrayshall Country Estate. If you love being organised, take pride in quality and enjoy getting everything perfectly prepped for a busy kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
- Working over 3-4 weekdays, you’ll be the engine room of the kitchen, making sure everything is prepared to the highest standard before service begins.
- Preparing fresh ingredients, vegetables, meats and sauces.
- Supporting the chefs with daily food preparation.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service.
- Following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Helping maintain the high standards we’re known for.
