With stylish bedrooms, 27 holes of parkland golf, beautiful event spaces and our award winning Eolas Restaurant, we're all about warm welcomes, relaxed luxury and exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Be Doing:
- Running your own section and delivering brilliant service with confidence
- Creating a warm, fun and welcoming atmosphere for every guest
- Taking food and drink orders and confidently talking through menus and beverages
- Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team across restaurant, bar and events
- Helping maintain high standards throughout service
- Working closely with supervisors and managers to keep everything running smoothly
- Bringing positive energy, personality and teamwork to every shift
- Sharing ideas and helping us continuously improve the guest experience
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing and naturally great with people
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering amazing service
- Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a busy environment
- Team players with a positive, can do attitude
- Well presented with strong communication skills
- Keen to learn, grow and be part of something exciting
- Previous Food & Beverage experience is helpful - but personality, attitude and enthusiasm matter just as much.
