At Murrayshall, you’re serving cocktails on a stunning country estate, creating memorable guest experiences and helping lead a team that’s raising the bar every single day. We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor with personality, energy and a genuine passion for hospitality to help lead our bar operation and deliver exceptional service from first drink to last orders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading by example behind the bar and on the floor
- Mixing, pouring and serving with confidence and flair
- Supporting and motivating the bar team during busy services
- Creating memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back
- Helping drive sales, standards and team performance
- Maintaining stock control, cleanliness and licensing compliance
