With our newly renovated restaurant, brand new state of the art kitchen, stunning estate setting and big plans for growth, we’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who’s ready to bring energy, personality and leadership to the floor. This is a roll your sleeves up, lead from the front, inspire the team, wow the guests kind of role!

Permanent Role – Part time/Full time. All options considered. We love being flexible!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading services that run like clockwork
  • Supporting and developing an amazing front of house team
  • Driving sales, upselling opportunities and restaurant performance
  • Bringing fresh ideas to improve service and guest satisfaction
  • Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel teams
  • Helping create a culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous restaurant, bar or hotel supervisory experience
  • A natural leader who can motivate and develop others
  • Someone who stays calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for great food, drink and hospitality
