Love the numbers? Ready to make them count?

Are you a qualified accountant who loves getting into the detail but can also see the bigger picture? Someone who can balance the books, challenge the numbers and help a business make smarter decisions? We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to take ownership of our finance function and help shape what comes next at Murrayshall.

A business with plenty going on

Set in 365 acres of Perthshire countryside, just three miles from Perth, Murrayshall is much more than a hotel. We have rooms and suites, restaurants, golf, spa treatment facilities, 22 accommodation pods and an exciting range of outdoor pursuits, from quad biking and archery to axe throwing.

With continued investment and new opportunities on the horizon, there’s plenty happening across the estate. We need someone who can keep a close eye on financial performance, work out what the numbers are telling us and help turn that insight into action.

The role: your numbers, your influence

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll take the lead on our finance function and work closely with our Heads of Department and owners This is a hands on role combining the detail of day to day financial management with the commercial thinking.

Experience in hospitality, leisure, tourism or another multi department operational business is essential. You’ll understand that behind every set of figures are people, guests, operational decisions and commercial opportunities.
