You might be just who we’re looking for!
We’re on the hunt for a friendly, switched-on Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Murrayshall. You’ll be the face of the Estate, making great first impressions while keeping the behind the scenes admin running like clockwork.
What you’ll be getting stuck into:
Welcoming guests with a smile and making check-in and check-out a breeze
Managing reservations, answering enquiries and handling phone calls and emails
Keeping records accurate, bookings organised and admin up to date
Helping guests with questions, requests and the occasional unexpected curveball
Working closely with the wider team to make every guest’s stay a great one
What we’re looking for
- An admin whizz who loves keeping things organised and getting the details right
- A confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people
- Someone who’s comfortable with IT, systems, emails and handling multiple tasks
- A calm, practical problem-solver who can keep their cool when things get busy
- A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine eye for detail
Hotel reception experience would be a bonus, but we’re just as interested in your previous customer service and admin experience.
