Murray’s Initiative in Glasgow is seeking a Service Manager - Wellbeing to lead specialist wellbeing services, including women’s, LGBTQ+ and men’s survivor supports.
You will oversee service development, staff, volunteers and students, ensuring trauma-informed practice across office and community settings.
Reporting to the Head of Community Services, you will drive service evaluation, partnerships and continuous improvement, and you must be eligible for PVG membership for protected adults.
