The Role: As a member of the floor team, your role will include:

  • Providing consistently excellent customer service.
  • Involvement in all aspects of service; setting-up, serving customers, liaising with kitchen staff and cleaning down after service.
  • Promoting sales to ensure customer spend is maximised.

As a member of the bar team, your role will include:

  • Providing excellent bar service to customers that is of a consistently high standard.
  • Being friendly and enjoying interacting with customers in a professional and polite manner.
  • Promoting sales and showcasing to our customers all the fantastic cocktails and drinks offers we provide throughout the season.
  • Adhering to licensing legislation procedures.
  • Ensuring that bar standards with regards to cleanliness are maintained.

The Person: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bartending or waiting experience with cocktail experience also being preferable but not essential.
  • A great personality and enjoy working with others in a busy environment!
