This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering firm, offering a clear path for progression into an Engineer role for the right candidate. The successful applicant will play a key supporting role within the team, working across stores, sites, and logistics operations.
Role Overview: This varied role involves supporting the day-to-day operations across the engineering stores and active job sites. The Labourer/Store Person will assist engineers with site tasks, manage materials and deliveries, and help maintain a safe and tidy working environment. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop a long-term career within engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining stock within the stores.
- Assisting engineers with on-site tasks.
- Delivering tools and materials to various sites.
- General labouring and site clearance duties.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a labouring, warehouse, or stores environment is desirable.
