Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Service Desk Coordinator for our client based in Glasgow.
Role Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a UK-leading Facilities Management provider as a key member of their busy service desk team. This is a full-time, office-based role reporting to the Service Desk Manager and Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) process, ensuring contractual priorities and deadlines are met through efficient coordination with engineers and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and plan planned maintenance works.
- Liaise with subcontractors to arrange PPMs.
- Communicate with customers to confirm visits and access requirements.
- Conduct PPM reviews to ensure compliance with standards and client specifications.
- Manage general PPM administration, including asset changes and contract updates.
- Provide cover for the wider Service Desk team during absence.
