Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Service Administrator for our client based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and growing team in a permanent, full-time role. The successful candidate will support the Senior Support Administrator in coordinating breakdown repairs across multiple contracts, ensuring timely completion of all works within SLA targets while delivering comprehensive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently log all breakdowns and maintenance requests onto internal systems.
  • Allocate jobs to engineers based on skills, availability, and location.
  • Handle inbound customer calls, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Reschedule appointments as required following the delivery of parts to minimise service disruption.
  • Monitor the progress of all jobs to ensure completion within agreed timeframes, updating records and closing tasks accordingly.
  • Manage incoming correspondence to the service desk, prioritising and responding appropriately.
  • Raise purchase orders for parts, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Provide regular performance reports to both management and clients.
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support service operations.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external clients.
