Due to significant growth, Murray Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant and growing recruitment team to ensure first class customer service to candidates.

We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage our Temporary Division.
Key responsibilities:
- Identifying, developing and maintaining client/business relationships in a competitive environment
- Sourcing candidates for positions
- Managing candidate database
- Resourcing multiple jobs and multi-tasking
- Handling job advert and CV response
- Incoming and outgoing candidate calls
- Making a number of volume outbound calls to our candidate portfolio
- Candidate job searches
- Collecting relevant documentation i.e. proof of ID/certification
- Complying with Murray Recruitment workflow management
- Managing Contractors
- All round general administration tasks
Essential requirements:
- A background in Industrial or construction temporary recruitment would be preferable; however, we will also consider consultants from other sectors
- Be able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer service
- Pro-active attitude
- Motivated, driven and enthusiastic
- Good communication skills
