Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Technical Proposals Coordinator for our client based in Hillington, Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and technically minded individual to join a growing engineering business supporting industrial and educational sector clients across the UK.
This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the Service and LEV divisions through the coordination of technical reports, quotations, parts sourcing, and client documentation. The role would particularly suit someone from a mechanical, engineering, manufacturing, HVAC, facilities management, or industrial service background looking to move into a technical coordination position while utilising their existing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Review engineer notes, photographs, and inspection data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and source mechanical and technical components from suppliers.
- Develop and maintain a structured parts database to support engineering teams.
Previous experience within a mechanical, engineering, technical, manufacturing, HVAC, FM, or industrial service environment is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Monday to Friday working hours. Office-based role in Hillington, Glasgow. Hybrid working available following successful completion of probation and subject to performance.
