Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced leader to take charge of daily operations within a fast-paced service environment. The Operations Manager will oversee both office and field-based teams, ensuring optimal performance, adherence to safety standards, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, lead process improvements, and foster a culture of continuous development and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across office and field teams.
- Ensure internal and client-specific KPIs are consistently met.
