The Business Administrator will play a key role in supporting the operations and finance team by managing administrative tasks, scheduling work, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log incoming jobs from clients and update systems and portals.
  • Schedule and plan works efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and clients.
  • Produce quotations and update client portals as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with customer service enquiries, handling incoming queries professionally.
  • Scan, file, and manage financial documents to maintain compliance and organisation.
  • Process invoices and support the finance team with data entry.
  • Assist with financial tasks during holidays and peak periods, with training provided.
  • Keep internal systems updated to ensure smooth business operations.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is desirable.
