Role Overview
The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders and quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via inbound calls, email, live chat, web enquiries, and online portals, ensuring all enquiries are managed from start to finish with a high level of customer care.
