Murray Recruitment are recruiting experienced Administrators for our client based in East Kilbride.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by logging accurate data, coordinating job schedules, and maintaining clear communication between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and maintain accurate records of jobs, ensuring all data is kept up to date on relevant portals.
- Schedule and coordinate jobs efficiently, liaising with clients and internal departments.
- Handle client and team communications via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Update and maintain internal systems with detailed job and client information.
- Prepare reports and required documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
