Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Accounts Payable Administrator for our client based in Bellshill.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join a busy finance team on a temporary ongoing contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing essential support to the accounts payable department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective management of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to the accounts payable team with general administrative duties.
- Managing and monitoring multiple email inboxes, forwarding emails to the relevant staff members.
- Handling the booking of travel arrangements including accommodation, car hire, and flights.
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
- Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required by the team.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administration role is essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Offering
- Immediate start available.
- Temporary contract.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am β 5pm
- Hourly rate: Β£13.50 - Β£14.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
- Based on-site in Bellshill.
