Our client is a leading service provider in their industry, seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team and provide expert guidance on HR matters, support management, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Overview The Human Resources Advisor will be a key member of the HR team, delivering expert advice on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance. This role is instrumental in upskilling managers, fostering a fair work environment, and supporting the implementation of strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations, handling matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance. * Coach and support managers in resolving HR issues efficiently and fairly. * Enhance HR processes and contribute to ongoing best practice improvements. * Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. * Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policy. * Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of fairness and consistency. * Respond to all HR support requests within required timescales, balancing business needs with employee wellbeing. Skills & Experience * Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR, with solid HR generalist experience. * CIPD qualification. * Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. * Pragmatic approach with exceptional problem-solving skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels. * Organisational skills with a detail-oriented and communicative approach. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
