As a European Service Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting high-profile clients, working with advanced systems and building strong relationships on an international scale. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintenance and support across a variety of customer sites throughout EMEA. This is a hands-on role combining technical expertise with customer interaction and travel.
- Carrying out maintenance, fault finding and repairs across CCTV, access control and intruder systems
- Supporting small installation works where required
- Providing a professional, client-facing service experience on site
- Collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Managing your own travel arrangements and workload across multiple locations
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date service records and documentation
You’ll be a technically strong and self-motivated engineer with a passion for delivering excellent service. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a wider team, and you’re confident building relationships with clients across different environments.
Requirements:
- NVQ or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fire and security industry
- Proven experience working with systems such as CCTV, access control and intruder alarms
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across EMEA
- ECS/CSCS, IPAF, PASMA are advantageous
