Responsibilities

• Administration and filing
• Maintaining accurate warranty records
• Checking warranty claims
• Assisting in submitting warranty claims
• Investigating discrepancies
• Problem solving
• Liaising with parts, service and workshop
• Communicate effectively
• Full Business Administrator Standard – Level 3 qualification
• On-the-job training to support role development
• Off-the-job training to support qualification requirements
• Employer to offer dedicated training time to support off-the-job training requirements
• Functional Skills support – maths / English – if required

Additional Information

Working directly with the Warranty Controller, you will be learning all aspects of the Warranty role within this fast-paced and exciting industry.

Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm.
