Responsibilities
- Administration and filing
- Maintaining accurate warranty records
- Checking warranty claims
- Assisting in submitting warranty claims
- Investigating discrepancies
- Problem solving
- Liaising with parts, service and workshop
- Communicate effectively
- Full Business Administrator Standard β Level 3 qualification
- On-the-job training to support role development
- Off-the-job training to support qualification requirements
- Employer to offer dedicated training time to support off-the-job training requirements
- Functional Skills support β maths / English β if required
Additional Information
Working directly with the Warranty Controller, you will be learning all aspects of the Warranty role within this fast-paced and exciting industry.
Monday β Friday, 8.30am β 5.30pm.
