In this key leadership role, you will oversee the full performance of the Aftersales department, ensuring operational excellence, strong profitability and an exceptional customer journey:
- Leading and motivating a multi-disciplinary Aftersales team across service, parts and workshop
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members through regular one-to-ones and performance reviews
- Supporting recruitment, training and succession planning to build a strong future team
Operational Performance & Workshop Efficiency
- Managing workshop loading, labour sales and first-time fix performance
- Ensuring effective implementation of Volkswagen service core processes
- Monitoring lead times, workflow and operational performance to maximise capacity and customer convenience
Commercial Performance & Profitability
- Owning service, labour and parts revenue performance against targets
- Driving parts sales performance, stock turn and inventory control
- Using data and KPI analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Customer Experience & Retention
- Supporting aftersales marketing initiatives to drive repeat business and long-term customer relationships
- Ensuring the highest standards of communication and service across all customer touchpoints
Compliance & Brand Standards
