Project Scope: Non-Infra waste and clean

Overview: To manage the end-to-end delivery of non-infrastructure water and wastewater projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required standards. The focus is on design and build activities that improve operations, compliance, and customer service across the water sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead non-infrastructure water and wastewater projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting, including budgets and risk management.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure contract compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree or HNC in an engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in project management within the regulated utilities, infrastructure, or built environment sector.
  • Strong analytic and technical skills.
  • Commercially and operationally savvy with a focus on delivering value.
  • Experienced in subcontractor management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety legislation including CDM regulations.
  • Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract frameworks.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
