We are looking for Quantity Surveyors at all experience levels – from intermediate to senior leadership – to join our clients’ expanding commercial team delivering essential water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and cost functions across a portfolio of projects or major programmes.
- Provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure robust contractual compliance and advise project teams on best commercial practices.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost efficiency and value optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and final accounts to ensure audit readiness and financial transparency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial, cost, or contract management, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or utilities.
- Knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., NEC) and strong understanding of commercial governance processes.
- Exceptional analytic, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience; professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) desirable but not essential.
