A leading alternative real estate finance platform is seeking a Senior / Director‑level Originator to support the continued growth of its real estate debt business. This is a front‑end, commercially focused role, centred on originating, structuring and executing complex development, bridging and transitional lending opportunities. The role is well‑suited to experienced originators from bridging, development finance or alternative lending backgrounds who are comfortable working on non‑standard transactions and bespoke capital solutions. You will originate opportunities, shape deal structures, lead negotiations and take transactions from initial conversation through to completion. In addition to personal origination responsibility, the role includes oversight and mentoring of junior team members, helping to maintain high standards of execution across a growing, high‑performing team.
