Murray McIntosh are searching for a Senior Controls & Calibration Engineer to start work for a key client of ours on a contract basis as detailed below:
- Calibration of aftertreatment control parameters
- Planning and calibration of engine pollutant generation, DPF accumulation, regeneration, burn rate models and validation in test bed/machine environments
- Temperature and pressure models calibration and validation
- Calibration of functional diagnostics for NCD and PCD, temperatures/pressures etc.
- Climatic trips, experience on calibration validation exercises at machine/vehicle level
- SCR efficiency monitoring calibrations
- Calibration design and validation using simulation tools (Simulink preferred)
- Write development plans and reports
- Understanding of emissions measurement equipment is desired
