Non-Working Electrical Supervisor Thames Water Region Permanent Β£58,000 - Β£65,000 + Vehicle / Car Allowance + Green Car Scheme We are recruiting for a Non-Working Electrical Supervisor to support the delivery of MEICA projects across the Thames Water region. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, overseeing electrical installation activities delivered by specialist subcontractors whilst ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and programme performance. This is a predominantly site-based role, with some flexibility for home working where project requirements allow. The Role As Non-Working Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising electrical installation works across multiple live project sites. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Commissioning Engineers and Thames Water stakeholders, you will ensure electrical activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project objectives. You will manage approximately three electrical subcontractors, acting as the key point of contact between site teams, delivery teams and the client. Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical installation works across water and wastewater projects within the Thames Water region.
