A leading UK civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint a Site Engineer to support delivery across a portfolio of water and infrastructure projects. The role: You will provide site engineering support across multiple schemes, ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately and in line with design requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting out works in accordance with contract drawings and establishing survey control
- Carrying out regular checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Producing site documentation including ITPs, task briefings, site diaries and allocation sheets
- Supporting planning with short-term programmes and 2-week lookaheads
- Resolving technical queries and site-based issues
