We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join a well-established Water team in Bristol, working on a long-term framework delivering critical water infrastructure schemes across the region. Design Manager Role
You will manage and coordinate design activities from bid stage through to delivery, ensuring designs are safe, compliant, sustainable and fully aligned with programme, cost and construction requirements.

- Manage design resources, team structures and design strategy across bid and delivery phases
- Lead the delivery of a coordinated, compliant and sustainable design service
- Oversee the design process through all RIBA stages, driving safety and compliance
