Key Responsibilities: Lead Development Team: Oversee the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of software applications. Product/Delivery Roadmap: Responsible for defining the product road map and aligning software delivery with changing business needs. Product Backlog and Planning: Manage the product backlog, including task estimation, prioritisation, and planning for releases. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a small development team, providing technical guidance, career development, and support. Project Management: Manage project plans and ensure commitments are met in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Required Experience & Qualifications: Prior experience as a Development Manager or similar leadership role in software development. Technical Skills: Proficiency with .NET and C#, or similar languages. Experience with Blazor (Server-Side Rendering, WebAssembly, Progressive Web Apps). Experience with MAUI and MAUI Blazor Hybrid for building cross-platform apps. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and frameworks like Bootstrap.
