We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in leading design and build projects within the non-infrastructure, water, and wastewater sectors. Your expertise will support the delivery of high-quality projects while maintaining safety, compliance, and stakeholder engagement throughout.
What will your day-to-day look like? As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading Projects: Overseeing projects from conception to handover, ensuring that all stages are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Health & Safety Management: Ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained across all projects and that projects comply with relevant regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Commercial Management: Taking a proactive approach to managing the commercial aspects of projects, providing accurate forecasts and estimates to keep projects on track.
What are we looking for? To thrive in this role, we are seeking candidates who possess the following:
- A relevant degree (or equivalent) and significant experience within regulated utilities infrastructure or the built environment sector.
- In-depth knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and Health & Safety legislation, including CDM regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive and solution-driven approach to project management with excellent problem-solving abilities.
