The role - what you'll be doing
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects across a live AMP8 framework.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver clean water infrastructure projects across London & Thames Valley
- Lead programme targets, budgets and delivery milestones
- Work in close partnership with the Programme Manager and site supervision teams
- Coordinate planners, surveyors, subcontractors and supply-chain partners
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, identifying risks and dependencies
- Ensure quality, safety and environmental standards are met across all activities
- Drive strong health & safety performance on site
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including client liaison with Thames Water
- Proactively resolve technical, operational and delivery challenges
Required experience & skills
- Proven Project Manager experience within the UK water sector (essential)
- Background in clean water, network or utilities infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of programme management, cost control and risk management
- Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary delivery teams
- Confident client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Solid record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget
