We're looking for a Senior Programme Manager to:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects across sewer networks, clean water mains, and flooding mitigation
  • Manage senior stakeholders and programme-level finance, risk, and performance
  • Line manage a growing team and drive a strong delivery culture
  • Oversee full project life cycle from design through construction to commissioning

You’ll need:

  • Strong project/programme management experience in civil engineering or construction
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and NEC4 contracts
  • Technical qualifications (civil engineering preferred) and excellent people management skills
  • Experience delivering design and construction projects in a regulated environment
