Murray McIntosh are seeking a Production Planner to work for a key client on an initial 6 month contract as detailed below:
Responsibilities and skills:
- Previous experience in material and production planning
- Able to identify material shortages, capacity constraints/schedule risks and implement effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
- Ability to create reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements across planning, inventory control and on time performance
- Engineering background/qualifications are desirable
- Experience of ERP in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding/experience of product lifecycle
- Flexible and able to add value in a business where change and continuous improvement are the norm.
Working arrangements:
- Full time on site with the opportunity to WFH occasionally
- Current SC clearance preferred, but BPSS is sufficient. Will need to be SC clearable.
