The predicted salary is between 55 - 55 £ per hour.
Contract - 6 months rolling
Rate - £45 - £55 per hour DOE
Location - Manchester (2-3 days per week). The rest can be done from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical design and delivery of projects within sewage treatment works and CSO storm storage schemes
- Produce and review detailed mechanical designs, calculations, and technical specifications for water/wastewater assets
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure designs meet project and regulatory requirements
- Support project delivery from concept through to detailed design and site implementation, including occasional site visits
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the design team
- Ensure compliance with UK water industry standards and best practices across all project work
