This is a specialist, accuracy-driven role, ideal for someone with motor trade experience who enjoys working with systems, processes, and detailed documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed correctly and efficiently, supporting both our technicians and Aftersales Manager while protecting the dealership's financial performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Processing manufacturer warranty claims in line with Volkswagen standards
  • Accurately inputting and validating data across manufacturer and internal systems
  • Managing warranty parts including retention, storage, tracking, and returns
  • Preparing invoices, documentation, and audit-ready records
  • Producing daily and periodic warranty reports for the Aftersales Manager
  • Liaising closely with technicians, service advisors, and management to resolve queries
  • Ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty procedures at all times
