The role: We are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to provide a professional front facing service to all clients and visitors to the Firm and carry out a wide range of administrative duties for a 3 month fixed term contract. Working as part of the Office Services team, you will be responsible for managing our switchboard service, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, monitoring and responding to emails sent to our business email address and via our website enquiry forms, and managing meeting room requests. This is an office-based role, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (with an hour for lunch).
The candidate: Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a receptionist/administrator, excellent client service and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. We are looking for an immediate start for this role.
